Revelation 7: The beginning of the maatist international social project.
The maatist universal social project consist of taking political and holistic power in all the countries of the world with the purpose of creating and protecting the Maatist Independent Nation MIN, the United Maatist States of Africa – KEMATI and the Maatist Divine and Holistic Power Network – MADIHPNET. But, to accomplish this divine vision, we must start somewhere. Any country in the world can sponsor this first stage. So, the present Supreme Guide has decided to start in the present Republic of Cameroun – his country of origin, with a local social project:
1) Concerning the change of the name of the country:
Immediately after our victory, we are going to change the name of Cameroon from the Republic of Cameroon to the United Maatist States of Africa – KEMATI, with governors elected. KEMATI means the land of the blacks, in ancient Egyptian and Hebrew languages. We are African, so we can’t continue to use the name given to us by some white Portuguese who saw prawns in the Wouri River. Especially when we know that the Blacks are the fathers of the white race through their albinos’ children.
2) Concerning the change of constitution of the republic of Cameroon:
In case of victory, we are going to change the constitution of the country by introducing a maatist constitution, the innovation will be the introduction of the post of Supreme Guide - Head of State, who will be voted for life by the supreme council - replacing the Senate, to control the ministry of defense, foreign affairs and ideological propaganda. He will also have an eye on the President of the Republic - who is elected by the national assembly for a 05 year mandate renewable once. The national assembly will be composed of national MP elected by the people for a 05 year mandate. The president will be in of charge of appointing the rest of the ministers.
3) Concerning the suppression of the gendarmerie corps in Cameroon:
We are going to suspend the gendarmerie corps, because of their numerous human rights violations. Some of their former members will join the military and the rest the police. We are going to create a new force to replace them: the Revolutionary Guards, in charge of protecting the institutions of the maatist system.
4) Concerning the payment of salaries and pension in the country:
All salaries will be paid directly by the administration employing the person, and pension will automatically come out without any chasing of files in Yaoundé. This, thanks to our high level decentralization, with all governors elected.
5) Concerning the changing of currency by our country:
After our victory, we are going to introduce a new currency - the Maat, in replacement of the slave franc CFA.
6) Concerning the change of our official languages:
After our victory, we are going to adopt Swahili as our official language. Because it is dangerous for us to continue to use the language of our historical enemies – the White Men. If we want to be developed and one day re-rule the world, this must stop. Those foreign languages would only be studied by our children as commercial languages.
7) Concerning our economic policy:
In order to bring prosperity to our people, we are going to organize a maatist economical system based on the cooperation between the public, private and cooperatives. With the cooperatives receiving the highest attention. And, to bring prosperity in our country, we are going to attach financial equivalence to all official certificates. Therefore forcing graduate into their divine vision. Every citizen of our country must belong to a production oriented NGO receiving yearly financial grants from the state. This will transform our country into the braid basket of Africa and the world.
8) Concerning our road construction policy:
We commit our self to take 15 years to tar the entire road network in this country. This will be supported by the privatization of road construction and ownership through the policies of private toll gates.
9) Concerning our method to positively transform the mind of our people:
We are going to positively transform the mind of our people by introducing maatism and vision as subjects in all our schools. So that after graduation everybody will conceive a big dream and will know how to bring it to reality. Therefore benefiting from state financing for their realization.
10) Concerning water and electricity distribution policy:
We are going to liberalize the water and electricity sectors to enable other companies to enter. Therefore help all us trough the law of competition.
11) Concerning the maatist confirmation policy for public and elected officials:
All public and elected officials must publish and give a copy of the list of their assets, and a copy of their vision and program to the Supreme Council for a timely follow up of electoral promises.
12) Concerning our national education policy:
We are going to proposed government scholarship to all children coming from poor family background, they are going to pay back the money after graduation by taking part in a 3 years youth service or give a monthly percentage of their salary.
13) Concerning the change of the name of our continent:
We are going to advocate for the change of the name of our continent, from Africa to Kemati. Because the name Africa comes from a white general – Africanus, who conquered ancient Egypt with Alexander. He was later posted to present day Tunisia. There, he gave the name – Africa, the land of Africanus. When the time came for the Romans to give a new name to our continent, they just generalized the name Africa in the place of our original name - Kemati. So, we are not the slave of any white man, to be name by them.
14) Concerning our divine, political and holistic vision.
Our divine political and holistic vision consists of the creation and protection of the Maatist Independent Nation MIN, the United Maatist States of Kemati, and the Maatist Divine and Holistic Power Network - MADIHPNET. This will be done using maatism - our divine ideology. And, our methods of taking and protecting political and holistic power. Read the Holy Kemati for details.
15) Concerning our global health care policy: We are going to introduce a global health care policy in the country, every sin person will received free treatment.
16) Concerning our final victory:
We must one day achieve this vision! All the underground sociopolitical and spiritual negotiations had already taken place. We are therefore asking every body to register massively on the electoral registers of all the countries of the world and be ready to vote for the various candidates presented by MADIHPNET, during this first stage in the Cameroon, and later in all the country of the world.
Revelation 8: The secret of a divine vision.
The bible says: (where there is no vision the people perish).
This therefore means that if we want to give life to a people or to humanity, we need to conceive a divine vision. If the world is in chaos, is because of the lack of divine visions. To solve the problems of the world and universe we must understand the secret of a divine vision.
We are now going to look at all the ingredients needed for the conception and programming of a divine vision.
Step 1: A problem affecting your soul.
A vision starts with the discovery of a problem that affects the soul of a human being or that of a spirit.
Step 2: A personal decision to design a divine solution to that problem – that is a vision. So many people see problems but, very few decide to conceive a solution to solve it.
Step 3: conception of a divine ideology and strategy to solve that problem.
That is the conception or the adoption of some divine principles which is going to guide us during the realization of that vision.
Step 4: Implementation of that strategy in faith,
Starting from were you are and with the little means you have.
Step 5: Imagination to change plans each time it is non working.
Plans to achieve a vision can change, but not the vision.
Step 6: Creation of a trusted group to facilitate the implementation of actions.
Avoid traitors; one traitor is enough to destroy your vision.
Step 7: Autosuggestion to maintain focus and to receive new divine ideas.
Only can continually give good ideas during the realization of a vision.
Revelation 9: The maatist universal techniques of taking and protecting political and holistic power in all the countries of the world and in the universe.
For the pass 2000 years, the white isfetist power system is ruling the world. God had decided that it’s time for his children, of the new maatist system re – created by Prophet X KISOB II, to take back power. But to do that, we need to move in a divine and orderly manner. There are obligatory stages in all process of taking and protecting political and holistic power.
Firstly, you must conceive a vision of what you want to do. That is seeing the end before the beginning. Secondly, you must conceive an ideology and strategy capable of supporting and orienting that vision. That means conceiving a new revelation of God advocating for that vision. Thirdly, you have to put in place a network of institutions and organizations, both official and non-official, capable of fighting the system of your enemies at all levels. Lastly, you must start were you are and move forward with persistence ,changing your plans whenever they are no more working, until you achieve your objectives or your vision. After realizing your vision, you must put in place mechanism to protect it against you enemies. This method goes for all visions.
A System of power is in actual fact, a combination of various small circles of power. Circles of power are of different categories, depending on the importance, quantity and qualities of the potential members. By progressive importance: there are circle and system of power of friends, families, tribes, clans, nations, races, humanity and finally of spirits. What you need to know is that the members of an inferior circle of power are slave to the members of a superior Circle. After choosing the level of the circle, the leaders must chose or create an ideology and strategies capable of giving life to his dream of power. Only that will help him to define and obtain the blessing of the God of that circle - a god that must have the physical characteristics of the leader. This will help to identify the enemies of the circle, who are no other that those who have the opposite physical characteristics of the god and leader of the new circle or system.
After that, the phase of subversion - revolution – subversion can start.
The first subversion is, power taking. It consists of the putting in place of parallel institutions and organizations at all level: economic, social, political, socio-cultural, spiritual ETC… with the exception of military institutions, which can only come later if need be. The next phase is for the leader to recruit and train disciples in the vision, ideology and strategies of the system. Then use these disciples to launch attacks on the opposing system by weakening their ideology - therefore their god, by proving how far he is satanic. All this is done by attacking the image of their god. The final outcome is the destruction of the internal cohesion of this enemy group, with the possibility of recruiting traitors or infiltrating spies in that system.
If this is well done, the enemy circle will naturally disintegrate. Power will easily be won through election or an internal and bloodless revolution.
But, if the enemy's system is still resistant no matter what, the next stage will be revolution; this only takes place when all the other alternatives had failed. It consist of creating supporting ideological and economic base in some nearby territories - for direct logistic support, and indirect logistic support from far countries. Then after, use this force to effectively take power with the help of an organize maatist military group powerful enough to win the forces of the enemies.
To facilitate the victory, a powerful media and diplomatic campaign strategy must be put in place both internally and externally, to demoralize the enemy’s fighters and supporters in and out of the country. This campaign will also help to recruit more people in our camp. It should be noted that during this phase, because day and night can not live together. Negotiation will only be done as a means of gaining time to achieve a final victory. The biggest problem during this phase is to fish out traitors in the system; they are the most dangerous of our enemies.
The third and last phase is the subversion of the effective implementation and protection of power. It consists of the putting in place of a society governed by the maatist ideology and the protection of power by maintaining a permanent attack on the enemy’s institution. To make sure they don’t come back to life to a point of attacking the foundation of MADIHPNET. The spiritual guidelines for that can be found in the maatist mythology. After taking over power in a country, MADIHPNET must use it as a base to attack and take power in other countries and region of the world and universe, so as to create at the end, the Maatist Independent Nation MIN, the United Maatist States of KEMATI and the Maatist Divine and Holistic Power Network MADIHPNET, in order to control political and holistic power in all the countries of the world and the universe.
For the vision of MADIPNET to live forever, all the present and future leaders must put in place mechanism to control the enemies of our network. Those enemies are composed of all the institutions with the isfetist – unjust ideology and all human beings with the same ideology, no matter their race and religion. Not forgetting the traitors in the system.
Revelation 10: The maatist prayer of perfection and dominion.
When a human being enters perfection, he automatically does not have to pray anymore. Because, he is a god, and a god can not be praying to himself. He simply decides, and that is taken by the totality of the universe as a divine order. But for all those who are still in the spiritual level of realization and liberalization, prayers are a must.
For that they need the help or assistance of perfect spirits - one of the Major Prophets. That is way they always pray in the name of those prophets. And all the Major Prophets – founders of all the world positive religions, are equal in that aspect. Only the level of faith of their disciples makes the difference in the result they can obtain after their prayers.
Here is the maatist silent and meditative prayer for perfection and dominion.
I (give your name) in the name of (give the name of your major prophet, for the new maatists it is CHRIST KISOB). I, hereby recognize that I am a god created at the image of GOD – a divine spirit in this earthly body or vehicle, just to complete my spiritual journey to perfection, fighting to stop the divine law of reincarnation or transmigration of souls in my life. I have dominion over all the branches of the tree of life and it various branches. (If you have time for the long version of this prayer, give the name of the various branches of the tree of life and acknowledge your dominion over them). I therefore declare dominion over (give the name of the circumstance you want to take dominion over). In the name of (give the name of your major Prophet) Amen.
You can repeat this prayer any time need be.

Note that the tree of life is in effect a divine circle composed of the combination of two divinely created trees – the tree of the knowledge of good and evil for the lower part – levels 1 to 7 and, the tree of life for the upper part – levels 8 to 0. Revelation 11: The constitution of the Maatist Divine and Holistic Power Network MADIHPNET.
Title I: Denomination - Vision.
Article 1: Denomination.
1.1 - It is hereby created this day 31st of December 2003 AC as from 12 pm, on the maatist holy mountain in Kemati, Bamenda. A divine system of power, name, the Maatist Divine and Holistic Power Network – MADIHPNET also known as the Maatist System MS.
1.2 – MADIHPNET is composed of all the political and holistic institutions and structures controlled by the Divine Order of Maat DOM.
Article 2: Head quarter.
The head quarter of MADIHPNET - which is also that of the Maatist Independent Nation MIN, will be the Maatist Holy Temple, the official residence of the Supreme Guide, constructed on the maatist holy mountain in Bamenda, Kemati. But, for strategic purposes, this head quarter can be transferred temporally anywhere, by the supreme guide of MADIHPNET.
Article 3: The vision of MADIHPNET.
The vision of MADIHPNET is to take and protect political and holistic power in all the countries of the world, for the purpose of creating and protecting the Maatist Independent Nation MIN, the United Maatist States of Africa KEMATI, and the Maatist Divine and Holistic Power Network MADIHPNET, so as to be able to support all human beings in their spiritual journey from realization, liberalization to finally perfection.
Article 4: The ideology of MADIHPNET.
The ideology of MADIHPNET - is composed of the 42 socio-political and spiritual principles of God and, the 49 divine laws of power.
Article 5: The strategy of taking and protecting power of MADIHPNET.
The strategy of taking and protecting power of MADIHPNET is the maatist subversion - revolution - subversion, using the maatist ideology and the secrets of the maatist mythology.
Article 6: The flag of MADIHPNET.
The flag of MADIHPNET is yellow with, a black star in the middle.
Article 7: The plan of action of MADIHPNET.
The plan of action of MADIHPNET consists of the creation of functional sociopolitical and holistic institutions in all domains and strategically programs them to achieve our vision or objectives.

The statement of MADIHPNET is the declaration of faith which all the new maatists must profess in the presence of the members of the Maatist Nation, signed and commit their lives to.

9.1 - the motto of MADIHPNET is: liberty - justice -science.
9.2 - the slogan of MADIHPNET is: taking political and holistic power in all the countries of the world by any democratic means necessary.

The seal of MADIHPNET is two circles with a triangle touching the borders of the first over a yellow background, with a black star in middle.

The official anthem of MADIHPNET is: God bless Kemati, in Swahili – just like the present Kenyan national anthem.

The official language of MADIHPNET is the Swahili.

The guide of eternal origin of MADIHPNET is God; He is the initiator of the maatist vision.

The Universal Guide of MADIHPNET is CHRIST KISOB - seated at the left hand side of God, after his departure from planet earth as Prophet X. KISOB II. He is in that superior dimension supervising the activities of MADIHPNET on earth with the help of the Holy Spirit and the future Supreme Guides.
Article 20: The Supreme Guide of MADIHPNET
He is the first personality of MADIHPNET on earth. Appointed for life by the present Supreme Guide, he controls all the activities of the maatist system by receiving spiritual instructions from the Universal Guide - Christ KISOB, through the help of the Holy Spirit. The successor of the Supreme Guide can never come from his biological family. All the Supreme Guides must be buried in a secret chamber in the Maatist Holy Temple.
Article 21: The Maatist Independent Nation MIN, the coordinators and secretaries of MADIHPNET in the world
21.1: The Maatist Independent Nation MIN
With boundary, the surface of the Maatist Holy Mountain Bamenda Kemati, this independent nation will be in charge of protecting all maatists and their institutions all over the world.
22.2: The coordinators, secretaries and special advisers of MADIHPNET.
The universal guide appoints the coordinators, secretaries and special advisers all over the world. They are at: the universal, international, regional, sub-regional, national, provincial, divisional, sub-divisional, district and local levels. They are in charge of controlling the institutions of MADIHPNET at their various jurisdictions and, to relay the messages, instructions and to advise the Supreme Guide. They are the ambassadors of the Maatist Nation in all the countries of the world, therefore must benefit from international diplomatic immunities.
Article 22: The Universal Secretary.
Nominated by the supreme guide, he is in charge, under his supervision, of the day to day administration of MADIHPNET at the Maatist Universal Network Center in Bamenda Kemati. He is the public spoke man of the Supreme Guide.
Article 23: Condition of appointment and the secret code of MADIHPNET.
Only members who have reach the levels of Maatist Spiritual Representatives MSR, in the Divine Order of Maat DOM, can be appointed in MADIHPNET. All authorities in MADIHPNET must strictly observe a maatist secret code of office, with those of their level and those bellow them: What you know about the maatist revolution you don’t tell, what you don’t know you don’t ask.
Article 24: The Divine Order of Maat DOM.
The Divine Order of Maat DOM is the secret and ruling body of MADIHPNET.
Article 25: Composition of DOM.
The DOM is composed of all the Maatist Spiritual Guides MSG.
Article 26: The various spiritual levels of DOM.
DOM has 07 spiritual levels.
- The Maatist Spiritually Lost MSL.
- The Maatist Spiritual Observers MSO.
- The Maatist Spiritual Volonteers MSV
- The Maatist Spiritual Representatives MSR.
- The Maatist Supreme Guide MSG

Article 27: Condition of spiritual progress in DOM
Special maatist public conferences will be organized by the resident committee of Maatist Spiritual Representatives, every Wednesday in all the Maatist Network Centers in the world, for the first 02 first levels of DOM. For the rest, the Holy Spirit will take control, through the Maatist Universal Deliverances MUD, the constant reading and meditation over the Holy Kemati. During those conferences and during the MUD, no music or devotion –level 7 of the tree of life, should be use.
Only the Supreme Guide can promote a member in the Divine Order of Maat and in MADIHPNET. Every level in DOM is has a particular ceremonial regalia and decorations.
Article 28: The universal programs of MADIHPNET
MADIHPNET has one universal program: The Maatist Universal Deliverance MUD by the Supreme Guide. Every Saturdays as from 5 PM, and every 31 of December as from 12 PM - during the maatist annual pilgrimage, at the maatist holy mountain Bamenda Kemati. All members must read and listen to it, and actively participate for their success. Note that these programs will be pre – recorded privately at the Maatist Holy Temple, situated the Maatist Holy Mountain Bamenda Kemati, and broadcast at the exact time for all; the Supreme Guide must remain a myth. Meeting people only by appointment and his private life must remain strictly private.
Tile III: Finance - Amendment – Translation - Discipline.
Article 29: The financing of MADIHPNET.
The finance of MADIHPNET comes from:
- 10 per cent of the income of all the members.
- Voluntary offering and donation of all members and sympathizers during the various Maatist programs.
- Percentage of profit generated by institutions and business companies control by MADIHPNET all over the world.
Article 30: Management of funds and assets.
All the funds of MADIHPNET are place in a bank account, and their management follow a strict procedure define by the supreme guide. He is also commissioned to take all measure unnecessary for the protection of all funds and assets.
Article 26: Translation.
All the strange words in this constitution are from the Kematian - the ancient Egyptian and Hebrew languages.
Article 27: Discipline.
Only the Supreme Guide can discipline any body in the system. But, any member can at any moment resign for the system, and promise not to use his knowledge of the system against us.
Article 28: Amendment.
This constitution and the Holy Kemati can not be amended nor change in any way. But, they can and must be translated by MADIHPNET in all the languages of the world.
